Arvind Kejriwal today moved the Supreme Court, challenging the Delhi High Court order which had paused regular bail granted to him by a trial court in the excise policy case.
The Delhi CM Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 in the money laundering case. He was granted bail by a city court on June 20. The Enforcement Directorate had approached the Delhi HC seeking a stay on the bail order following which the High Court had stayed Kejriwal’s bail.
Kejriwal has sought a hearing on the plea on Monday morning.
