In the wake of PM Modi’s visit to Thane, tomorrow, there will be a total ban on heavy vehicles entering Thane city from Friday midnight to Saturday midnight, prohibiting the movement of heavy vehicles from Navi Mumbai towards
Thane.
Before launching multiple projects worth Rs.32,000, Narendra Modi will offer prayers at Jagdamba Mata Temple in Poharadevi at around 11.15 a.m. After this, he will pay tribute to the ‘samadhis’ of Sant Sevalal Maharaj and Sant Ramrao Maharaj in Washim.
Parking will be prohibited along critical routes from October 3 till the completion of the event on October 5, Thane Police said.
