Shayam Ramappa, working as security guard at MHADA Colony, Vishnu Nagar, Chembur, has been arrested by RCF police, 2 days after he not only used abusive language against ladies of a family but also uttered very objectionable language against, ‘Allah,’ because the neighbour requested him to lower the voice of the DJ that was being played by Shayam on his son’s birthday.
As the objectionable video went viral, people from Kurla, Trombay, Govandi gheraoed the RCF police station. The police assured the crowd of approriate action against the accused. Translating the assurance into reality, police today arrested Shayam.
