After govt’s decision to reduce VAT on petrol and diesel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, the price of petrol in Mumbai dropped by 77 paise to retail at Rs 103.44 per litre and the price of diesel dipped by Rs 2.18 per litre and was being sold at Rs 89.97 per litre.
