The Gujarat government finally told High Court that 108 hectares of grazing land given to Adani will be taken back.
The villagers have been fighting a legal battle for 13 years to get back nearly 108 hectares of pasture land govt had handed over to an Adani Group company
near Mundra port in Kutch district.
In a public interest plea moved in the high court, they contended the land transfer was illegal since the village already faced a shortage of grazing land
