Sanjay Gaikwad, MLA of Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena from Buldhana sparked controversy after he offered a reward of Rs 11 lakh to anyone who would “chop off” Gandhi’s tongue over comments the Congress leader made during his recent visit to the United States in which he talked about ending the reservation in India.
A case has been registered against him at the Buldana City Police Station.
The BJP distances Itself from Shiv Sena MLA’s remarks On Rahul Gandhi,
and said BJP doesn’t endorse such statements. Congress spokesperson Atul Londhe condemned Sanjay’s comments, saying, “Sanjay does not deserve to live in society and politics.”
