India strongly condemns Ayatollahs Khamenei’s remarks on Indian Muslims.
The supreme leader of Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei had said that the Islamic world could not be ‘oblivious to the suffering that a Muslim is enduring in Myanmar, Gaza and India’
In a strongly worded statement, Ministry of External Affairs objected to comparing the condition of Indian Muslims with the Muslims in Myanmar and Gaza.
“These are misinformed and unacceptable statement remarks.
Countries commenting on minorities are advised to look at their own human rights record before making any observations about others,” the statement added.
