The Municipal Commissioner Bhushan Gagrani set up three-member committee to conduct enquiry in a tragic incident in which a 45-year-old woman, Vimal Gaikwad, drowned after falling into a storm water drain, in Andheri, at around 9.30 pm on Wednesday.”
The commissioner ordered Deputy Municipal Commissioner Zone 3 Devidas Kshirsagar to head the committee and submit the report in 3 days.
