Yamini Jadhav gets Byculla seat

The people have been waiting with bated breath for the declaration of the ticket for one of the most awaited Byculla constituency, which today went to the sitting MLA Yamini Jadhav.

Today Eknath Shinde declared 45 candidates which includes Yamini Jadhav.

She faces fierce competition from MVA in the constituency, which has hitherto not declared its candidate.

Yamini Jadhav trailed by around 46000 votes in the recently held parliamentary elections in Byculla Vidhan Sabha election. The winning candidate of Udhdhav Sena, Arvind Sawant got 86883 votes and in comparison Yamini Jadhav could get only 40817 votes in the Byculla constituency.
