The Nariyalwadi, Reay Road project, being developed by NAN Enterprises and Ashiyana CHS, is caught in yet another controversy as the statutory occupant of the old Nariyalwadi, Mehzabeen Imtiyaz Khan, alleged that despite having all the requisite proofs and documents, she Is denied her flat in the re-developed SRA project at Nariyalwadi.
Along with the Builder and Society, Mehzabeen also hurled accusations at SRA and BMC, for not taking action in the open and shut case, thereby siding with the oppressors, Mehzabeen said.
