Mr. Patil is known for his unavailability at his office, for weeks.
Today, as the harassed complainant got to know that he was at his office, everyone reached the ward at 1.30 pm. However, Patil refused to open the grill door to meet anyone, saying ‘this is not public timing.’ I sent my card which he refused to accept.
Agree, that was not a meeting time, but what about his absence during the public meeting time that is 3 to 5?
Ironically, when the public reached his office at 3, as for his instruction, he was not in his chair.
May I please be enlightened as to what the public should do with his rude behaviour, that does not match with the behaviour of a public servant.
I am hereby attaching the video showing the plight of the complainant, struggling to meet Mr Patil, at the E ward, today.
I demand action against the rude behaviour and unavailability of the JE Patil.
